Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email from our team. Please check you have all the correct details and spellings on this confirmation to save time on having to make any amends.

All shin pad orders are printed to order at our Nuts4crafts workshop and as such there will be a lead-time to wait for your goods. 

For all personalised items, we will email a draft design before printing to check that you are happy with the final design and details.

Dependent on how busy we are, for shin pad orders we aim to send all orders out within 3-5 working days, however during busy periods, (i.e. start of football season, Easter & Christmas – End Oct -Dec) we advise to allow up to 5-7 working days to process your order.

We have two delivery options to UK mainland deliveries;

• Standard Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 48; P+P = £3.99
  Please allow up to 2-3 working days for delivery
• Optional Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 24; P+P = £4.99*
• Free Local collection –from Wrexham
• International – SOON

Once an order has been dispatched from our office, you will receive a dispatch e-mail and at this point the order is unable to be changed, so please ensure that delivery names, addresses and items are correct prior to dispatch.

Parcels are sent on a leave safe service, therefore a signature is not required as they can be left with a neighbour or left in a safe place at your property. Should you not wish for this service, pls let us know and we will change.

All parcels sent will have proof of postage that will be shared with customers upon request.
